Blinq vs Popl, and a third option with a price on the page

Blinq publishes its prices; Popl quotes team pricing after a demo. Both sell NFC cards and lead capture. Autonix Cards are the web-only option: $9 a month, Connect form and intro email included, no hardware, no demo.

Who this is for: Teams and individuals comparing NFC-first digital cards who also want to know what a no-hardware option costs.

What Autonix does differently

Flat price, no per-lead fees

Cards Starter is $9 a month for 10 cards with the full connections list; Beyond drops the Autonix caption on the QR. Connections are never billed per lead.

Instant intro email to both people

The follow-up starts itself. No app for the person scanning, no "did they save it?"

A connections list, not just a saved contact

When someone taps Connect on your card, both of you get an intro email and the contact lands in your list with a note. Export it as CSV.

Cards next to everything else you scan

Cards, signage, packaging, event check-ins and short links in one dashboard, with the same tags and reports.

The honest read on each

Blinq

Digital business cards for individuals and teams

Their site

Pricing, in their words

Free: two cards. Premium: $9.99/mo or $7.33/mo billed annually, up to five cards, branded QR, custom design, contact export. Business: $6.99 per user per month, or $4.99 billed annually, 5-card minimum, team templates, CRM integrations, lead capture; custom qualifiers and lead forms are $9.99 per lead captured and enriched. Enterprise: custom, 100+ cards, enforced SSO and SCIM.

Where Blinq wins

  • Polished native apps, Apple and Google Wallet cards, and NFC products.
  • Native CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft) and AI contact enrichment on Business.
  • Enterprise provisioning (SSO, SCIM) for organisations rolling out thousands of cards.

Where it falls short

  • Lead capture forms on Business are billed per captured lead on top of the seat price.
  • The free tier stops at two cards and the Premium tier at five; a rep with several roles or events pays per seat.
  • Analytics are about the card. There is no portfolio view that puts cards next to signage, packaging, or check-ins.

Popl

Digital business cards and event lead capture

Their site

Pricing, in their words

Team and enterprise pricing is by quote only ("book a demo for a custom quote"); the FAQ says there are no per-seat charges. Individual Pro and Pro+ plans are sold in the app; Popl does not publish those prices on its pricing page, and third-party trackers report about $7.99/mo for Pro and $14.99/mo for Pro+.

Where Popl wins

  • Event lead capture is the core: a universal badge scanner, qualifying questions, and enrichment for conference teams.
  • NFC cards and devices as physical products.
  • SOC 2 Type 2 and a dedicated customer success manager on team plans.

Where it falls short

  • No public team pricing; buying means a demo and a quote.
  • Removing Popl branding on the individual tier requires Pro+.
  • Built around the event, not the everyday scan: no signage, packaging, or check-in use.

Pick one of them when

  • Pick Blinq for published per-user pricing, Wallet cards and native CRM sync.
  • Pick Popl for conference booth teams that live on badge scanning and enrichment, and are fine with a quote.

Pick Autonix when

  • You want to buy today without a demo or hardware.
  • You want the intro email and connections list on a flat price.
  • You run QR codes beyond business cards.

Frequently asked questions

Does Autonix sell NFC cards?

No. Any NFC tag or printed card can carry your Autonix card link, and the scan is tracked the same way as the QR code.

Does Popl charge per seat?

Popl's pricing page says there are no per-seat or per-user charges and that team pricing is customised by quote. Blinq and HiHello both publish per-user prices.

Which should a solo rep choose?

If you want Wallet and NFC, Blinq. If your work is conferences, Popl. If you want a price on the page, the Connect form and the intro email, Autonix Cards Starter at $9 a month.
