Questions
Do I need an app?
No. Your card is a web page. People scan the QR code or open your link, then save your contact from their phone’s browser — nothing to install, for you or for them.
Can I update my card later?
Yes. Change your title, phone, photo, or links any time in your dashboard. The QR code stays the same, so printed cards keep working.
Where do connections go?
Each person who saves your contact appears in your Connections list with their name, email, phone, and notes. Free accounts see the 5 most recent; paid Cards plans show the full list and CSV export.
What is the intro email limit?
Every person who connects is always saved to your Connections list. The limit is on the intro email we send to that person: 25 a day on Free, 100 a day on Cards Starter, and 300 a day on Cards Beyond. Past your limit, the connection is still saved and you still get the details. We just skip the intro email to them.
What happens to my data?
You choose which details go on your card, and the people who connect with you appear in your account’s Connections list. Read how we collect, use, and protect data in our privacy policy.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

Can my whole team use it?
